Cancelling an Order
If you would like to cancel an order after it has been placed, you can do so accordingly. All orders are shipped on every Tuesday & Thursday after 15:00PT from our facility. If you cancel your order before it leaves our facility, you will receive a full refund. If the order has left our facility, you will need to wait for the package to arrive and you will be responsible for return shipping. Once we receive the package we will inspect the item to make sure it hasn't been used, then we will issue the refund minus the shipping cost. There is no restocking fee.
Damaged Items from shipping
If you received your item and it was damaged during shipping, please take as many picture of the box & item and send photos to Dphan2007@gmail.com. We will send a new item one week after we have received your claim.
Please remember you read our "Are we for you section" on our website. You may have little issues with installation since the parts are not OEM. If you decide you don't want the item then you will need to pay for the return shipping back to us. Once we have received the item we will inspect it to make sure there's no damages to the products and the product haven't been used or the product had any alteration done to the parts. We will consider a product used if it has any screw holes or 3m tape. Once we clear the acceptance of the item we will issue a refund minus 5% handling fee and the shipping cost.
Once you have received your order, you have 30 days from the delivery date to issue a return. Customer pays for return shipping and refund will be issued minus the shipping charge that was generated on the first invoice. We will also inspect the item to make sure there are no damages and to make sure the product hasn't been used. We will also inspect to make sure the item hasn't been used. There is no restocking fee.
We offer 30 day warranty for our products, the warranty period will begin on the date your product is delivered. Product imperfections are not warrantied since you have already read the "are we for you" section. If there's an issue besides imperfection, please take pictures and send us an email to Dphan2007@gmail.com . Products tend to have issues if they aren't well taken care of. We will make the assessment if the product is indeed a manufacture issue before we issue any refund or exchange. Any products that are attached to the bottom of the car are not warrantied. You should wax and clean our carbon fiber products properly as this will ensure a longer product life.
All products require professional installation. Buyer understands that some products may require modifications for correct fitment. Minor adjustments may be necessary as part of the normal installation process. All carbon fiber products will not sustain heavy force or weight, for they could be cracked by such force or weight.
